I am a CYA-accredited 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and have also completed 25 hours of Yoga for All Training specializing in yoga for bigger bodies and diverse communities. I currently teach weekly yoga classes at Higher Health Yoga & Wellness. It is truly a special studio with such an incredible community of instructors and yoga students.

Do you have a body? Then yoga is for you. This class is a positive, safe space for all shapes, sizes, abilities, and persons to come practice yoga. You will be invited to connect with your unique and magnificent body through every breath and movement at a gentle pace. Yoga truly is a practice for everyBODY, and each pose can be made completely accessible for the body that you arrive to your mat in. It is the yoga practice that should be flexible to adapt to the practitioner, not the other way around! Connect with yourself and find peace in your body through this thoughtful practice of self-acceptance and self-care.
